Setup New Unity Input System

Documentation for the new Unity Input System can be found here:
https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.inputsystem@1.0/manual/QuickStartGuide.html

To install the new Unity Input System, open package manager and install Input System:

Under Project Settings, under Player, Other Settings, change Api Compatibility Level to .NET Framework (formerly .NET 4.x) and change Scripting Backend to IL2CPP (Internal Library To C++compiler) so things will run realy fast on devices. Set Active Input Handling to both if you are upgrading a legacy system and don’t want to immediately break it.
